Daytona Beach, FL — February 2026 — Professional race car driver Alli Owens delivered one of the most inspiring performances of the ARCA Menards Series race weekend at Daytona International Speedway, racing from a 30th-place starting position into the top six before an unexpected mechanical failure ended what had become a breakthrough run in the No. 68 Kimmel Racing entry.

After methodically advancing through the field and establishing herself among the front-runners, Owens’ race was cut short when a return oil line failure led to an on-track incident, forcing the team to retire early. Despite the disappointing outcome, the performance demonstrated the speed, preparation, and race-winning potential of Owens and the Kimmel Racing organization.
